Schengen Visa for a foreigner in China

I am Russian taking my Master's Program in Jilin, China. I still have 2 more years to study, so I have a Residence Permit which will be prolonged in September. Can I issue a Schengen tourist visa here in China for a short-term stay in Greece? If yes, is the set of required documents somehow different for a non-Chinese resident?
