doraemon Posted May 8, 2010 at 05:16 AM Report Posted May 8, 2010 at 05:16 AM 晚上还是失眠. 最好的情况是, 睡到清晨5点左右，突然醒来，辗转反侧之即被一个好心的司机在空旷无人的马路上一声喇叭彻底惊醒。 早上五点能起来不是坏事儿，据说早晨五点是一天的惊蛰，主动，生的是胆气，动起来后一天精神。我倒是想每天五点起床，可就是起不来。你五点醒来后还感到特别累吗？ Quote
