study chinese in chengdu - Chinese Town?

Has anyone heard of Chinese Town School? http://www.chinesetown.net/

I want to come to China this summer to learn Chinese I currently know none). Do you know a good school I could study Chinese at for about 6-8 weeks this summer?

Do you recommend coming to Chengdu to do this? Or would Kunming be better?

Is it easy to find a short-term furnished apartment here?
