Jose Posted September 7, 2004 at 12:13 AM Report Posted September 7, 2004 at 12:13 AM Can anyone tell me whether 種/种 and 類/类 can be used interchangeably as measure words? I have seen both 這種問題 and 這類問題, and I was wondering whether there is any difference in meaning, or in the type of nouns each one can be used with. Thanks in advance. Jose Quote
Quest Posted September 7, 2004 at 11:09 PM Report Posted September 7, 2004 at 11:09 PM 種/种 is one kind, while 類/类 is broader in scope. One 類/类 could include many 種/种. Quote
