樂/乐 = "yuè", if and only if, and when referring to music. In other cases, it's "lè".

Not really "if and only if". It is pronounced "yuè" when it is a surname (but sometimes people choose the pronunciation "lè").

True- most cases.

Actually, another point to make- if you're going to get this tattoo, I would go for the traditional characters.. it's usually supposed to be more poetic, or prettier, and I think tattoos are something you'd want to look good in. ;)
