Publicly available character databases

I'm looking for a publicly available character database which

will give me the following:

- Wubi-86 and Wubi-98 codes

- All the character's components (not just the radical and the phonetic)

Like what you have in Wenlin, for instance the character 算 would

list the components 竹目廾.

Data for other input methods would also be useful, such as Erbi

or Cellphone T9 bihua.

The Unihan database gives me all the other data I need, such as

Cangjie codes, radical, phonetic and stroke count data.
