As in, see if everything makes sense and make sure i used the right characters, it might not flow logically, but that isn't a requirement. 我做了洋芋泥,我按照菜谱做的。我先削了洋芋皮,然后我切成方块。我把洋芋放在锅子内,然后煮开。煮开二十分钟后,加牛油和牛奶,然后碎末成泥。最候加作料,塩和胡椒。洋芋泥有牛油的味道。然后我做了调味肉汁(gravy?)加在洋芋泥上。我烤牛肉和一桮水在三百五十度的烤厢内,烤三个小时。烤好后,我把牛肉切成方块,然后放在盘子上,加上洋芋泥和牛肉汁。 Thanks Quote

Why did you put the meat and the water in the oven? To maintain the moisture? How about reordering the sentence like this -> 我把牛肉和一杯水放進三百五十度的烤箱內,烤三個小時。 Quote

But i just got done chaining for a band concert, i will look into the others when i get back. Quote
