Menino80 Posted June 11, 2010 at 02:58 AM Report Posted June 11, 2010 at 02:58 AM Hi I'm looking to move to Shenzhen in the fall, and my (potential) employer has a liason to assist me finding housing. I'm trying to keep my expenses under 3000 RMB per month for rent. My spoken Mandarin is good enough to get my point across, but I don't think I could figure out a contract (my reading leaves much to be desired). I'm not looking for anything fancy, anything with more than one room is OK, but I think a pool sounds nice. I also want to live in a area with little to no foreigners, more like "middle-class" Chinese. Is this rate feasible, assuming I have a Chinese speaker to help me? Thanks 1 Quote
didar Posted July 1, 2010 at 07:31 AM Report Posted July 1, 2010 at 07:31 AM Which district you would like to live in? 3000RMB may be feasible for more than one room, depends on which district. I can help to explain the contract if you need. Quote
