Translate Chinese Contract Into English Contract

Hi everyone, I need you do me a favor.

I want to purchase a computer software called "LaneCat" from China. To make the payment successful, I have to show my local bank the contract, but the contract is written in Chinese and I know little about it. So will somebody be kind enough to help me translate the Chinese Contract into English Contract?

6. 乙方在使用软件中，由于乙方的操作失误、硬件故障、病毒感染等或其他因素造成的经济损失，甲方无赔偿责任；因上述原因，导致数据丢失、软件不能使用等问题，乙方应自行负责并安排人员维护，但甲方应积极支持和配合乙方的维护工作；若查清监控数据是由甲方泄露，乙方有权向甲方索赔；

二、 乙方的权利与责任：

1． 乙方应按合同规定向甲方支付软件费；

2． 自注册之日起，乙方可免费获得一年期限对应注册点数、对应版本的产品升级服务；

三、 合同金额和付款方式：

1． 合同金额为人民币￥***，此合同价为含17%税价；

2． 合同签订后三个工作日之内，乙方即向甲方支付全额软件费；

四、 本合同自双方签章、签字后生效。本合同一式二份，甲乙双方各执一份；

In order to meet the working requirements of Party B, Party A will provide (the software application) "LaneCat." The contract agreement is as follows:

一、 甲方的权利与责任：

1. 甲方为乙方提供LaneCat软件，数量一套；

Party A will supply the software to Party B within two business days of receiving payment. This includes the full installation materials on CD;

3. 甲方可向乙方提供电话、网络等方式的免费远程技术支持，指导乙方安装、调试和使用软件；

Party A may provide free distanced-assistance to Party B over the telephone or the internet in order to help with software installation and troubleshooting;

4. 甲方保证其软件的功能及质量符合软件说明书的说明；甲方有权根据市场需求进行软件升级，添加、修改及删除软件的新功能，乙方根据需要可以选择是否升级；

Party A guarantees that its software application (LaneCat) meets the criteria for its function and quality as stated in the instruction booklet. Party A has the right to upgrade, alter, and remove new software functions in accord with market demand and increase. Party B may choose whether or not to upgrade according to its personal requirements/needs;

5. LaneCat软件是甲方自主研发的、拥有独立知识产权的软件产品；甲方拥有该软件的全部版权，乙方不可自行或协助他人对该软件实施解密，并且不得向甲方的竞争对手提供该软件资料和展示该软件；

"LaneCat" software is the independent production of Party A, where as such Party A has the intellectual copyright over it. Party A has the full software copyright over this application. Party B may not give away secrets of said application to another party. Party B may not provide software installation materials to Party A's competitors;

6. 乙方在使用软件中，由于乙方的操作失误、硬件故障、病毒感染等或其他因素造成的经济损失，甲方无赔偿责任；因上述原因，导致数据丢失、软件不能使用等问题，乙方应自行负责并安排人员维护，但甲方应积极支持和配合乙方的维护工作；若查清监控数据是由甲方泄露，乙方有权向甲方索赔；

In Party B's use of this software, Party A has no responsibility to reimburse Party B for incorrect usage, hardware malfunctioning, computer viruses, or other problems which may lead to financial losses. In the case of the aforementioned reasons which do lead to data loss or where the software is unusable, Party B has the responsibility to arrange for computer maintenance; Party A should be readily willing to comply with all requests for maintenance. If it is verified that monitoring and data collection has led to Party A leaking information, then Party B has the right to present Party A with a claim for damages;
