She wasn't keen on where I wanted it and the size of which I wanted it to be done. So I backed down and got a smaller tattoo on my lower back. So... Any help with this one? 我是自己命运的主人，我是我灵魂的船长 Basically, I've been discussing tattoo's recently with a pal of mine who, like me, is attracted to the idea of getting a chinese tattoo. He's come up with what he wants and we've done research to get an accurate translation but the ultimate test is by coming to you guys for an accurate translation. Things tend to get lost in translation, especially in the case of poetry, and you don't want a mediocre translation for a tattoo that nobody is going to get.
