Gifts for colleagues (leaving china not arriving)

I will soon be leaving China after having lived here for 1 year. I worked as an English Teacher and I would like to get a gift for my supervisor and another staff member because they have helped me a lot during my stay. I also want to give a gift to a doctor who I have seen many times (I've been sick more times than I can count in China) and has gone out of her way to help me. I'm a bit stuck on what to get them though. My supervisor is 26 years old, and seems like a typical 26 year old chinese woman. The other two are in their mid 40's perhaps, both with young daughters (who both attend the school).

I thought about some sort of face cream kind of thing with UV protection (as it's summer now) for my supervisor, but I don't know what brands are good and what type of cream does what, etc etc.

I have no idea on what to get the two older women. I don't know what any of these people like, so I'd love some suggestions. I would ask other staff members what they think but I don't plan on getting them anything so I don't want them to know my plans.

Oh and I don't want to spend heaps on them, but I don't want to be cheap either.
