I would like to write part of my poem in Chinese characters

I wrote a poem to a lovely girl in China and would like to suprise her with a couple of lines written in Chinese. Actually, I am going to try my hand at caligraphy with a brush...sounds ambitious to me since I am not very artistic, but we will see.

I have been studying Chinese for about 6 months and am not able to come up with my own characters, but hopefully someone here can provide them. The English words are:

"You are forever part of me.

Along with never ending love for thee."

Just a practical point on contents. If you havent known her for very long or dont know her that well, the contents may be a bit too "deep" (speaking from a female perspective).
