OK, found it. Thanks.

So another question: is 酸了吧唧的 like a fixed phrase? Otherwise how can we explain the grammar of it?

单吃奶油的话几乎没什么味道,饼胚里的柠檬味和芝士味可以闻得到,但是总体吃起来有股酸了吧唧的味道,一开始我以为只有我这样(因为我感冒了,味觉异常)

吧唧

固定搭配

形容词+了+~

[例]湿了吧唧 稀了吧唧 粘了吧唧 傻了吧唧 事儿了吧唧

吧唧can be found in almost all dictionaries. I think adding it to an adjective stresses the extent of the adjective. Something like 酸巴巴,粘糊糊,傻乎乎,稀糊糊 etc.

Is there a meaning for that anywhere? It looks like it's just saying it's used with an adjective + 了 and then gives examples of that without explaining what function it serves. Other than that the only meanings I saw was that it's an onomatopoeia for lips flapping together or water hitting the ground (or what I guess is smoking):

吧唧

注音一式 ㄅㄚ ˙ㄐ|

漢語拼音 bāji 注音二式 bāji

1. 狀聲詞:(1) 形容雙脣開合的聲音。如:「別在那兒吧唧吧唧的吵。」(2) 形容走在潮溼地面所發出的聲音。如:「下過雨後,一群孩童吧唧吧唧的踩著雨水在路上嬉戲。」

2. 吸(旱煙)。

I'll grant you that it's highly likely that I'm missing/misinterpreting something.

It could mean the taste is sour. But with 了吧唧的 at the ending, it usually mean the person doesn't like this sour taste and negative on it.

It also could to describe a person, who uses a lot of book quotation to show off his/her knowledge but not really understand too deep. 酸 is usually to describe a book worm or a nerd...

Ah, judging from that, then, it looks like anonymoose's sentence is saying the 餅 has a sickening sour taste to it when you eat it whole. Does that look right?

I think adding it to an adjective stresses the extent of the adjective. Something like 酸巴巴,粘糊糊,傻乎乎,稀糊糊 etc.

Please tell me you edited that post and put this in there, because I'm going to feel like a complete idiot if I just didn't see it.

看到路边一女孩收到男友玫瑰送给男友一块巧克力,猴子竟酸了吧唧的说:“这要是紫霞,她一定会领我去吃哈根达斯”。(from here)

Here it means to be jealous.

But what does it mean here?

哪里蹦出个酸了吧唧的古岩画?(from here)
