I suppose it means -

I think the rightmost word on the first line is wrong (恨 instead of 很).

That one completely stumped me, as it made no sense. But with 恨 it makes sense.

It doesn't look like completely correct Chinese to me in any case, and the writing is legible, but not great.

Looks like it was taken in a mirror, so it can't be read unless reversed (flipped over). Once that's done, it reads "不能被人爱", which means "Can't be loved by anyone/someone".
