Chinese Wrapping Problem on English PocketPC

For quite some time now we have been trying to figure out why Chinese does not word wrap correctly on English based PocketPCs. I realize that it is probably because Chinese does not have any spaces, but my Chinese PDA does not have this problem. Does anyone know where, maybe the registry, we can fix English PocketPCs with the Chinese nls and fonts installed to word wrap correctly? I have spent hours searching the web for answers and have come up with nothing.
