My brother did a tattoo and he didn't want to tell me what it means. Instead he told me to discover the meaning myself, so I would really appreciate your help

Actually, judging from the font, this might be a case of the 'gibberish Asian font' often featured on Hanzismatter. In that case, it would be an attempt to write 'R' in Chinese. Unfortunately, Chinese doesn't have an alphabet, so this tattoo does not mean 'R'. Fortunately, it is a real Chinese character, without any derogatory or ridiculous meaning.
