"一點兒" always next to the adjective. e.g.

多/少/快/慢/輕/重/大/小/高/底/左/右 + (一點兒) and many others. Cannot put in front of them.

But you can use it directly. e.g.

A: '你覺得冷嗎' / '你不舒服嗎' / '這湯太鹹嗎' / '你覺得他過份嗎'?

B: '有一點兒' (= yes, a bit)

:wall Just found a mistake of mine.

Quoted examples are still correc. But "一點兒" could be put in front of adjustives. Examples:

This suit is bigger than I need, we would say:

這件衣服大了一點兒 or

這件衣服有一點兒大

This bag is a bit heavy, we would say:

這袋子沉了一點兒 or

這袋子有一點兒沉

Sure wrong is '請說一點兒慢'. When there is a verb 說 and an adverb 慢 for the verb, the adverb should follow the verb, then 一點兒 must not put in between of the verb & adverb, i.e. it must be after the adverb.

Are these sentences good?

现在我谈诘她(xian4 zai4 wo3 tan2 hua4 ta1)

昨天我谈诘她 (zuo2 tian1 wo3 tan2 hua4 ta1)

明天我谈诘她 (ming2 tian1 wo3 tan2 hua4 ta1)

No, they are not. Sorry.

Now I am talking to her. ~ 现在我在跟她谈话。 OR 我正在跟她谈话。

Yesterday I talked to her. ~ 昨天我跟她谈过(话)。

Tomorrow I will talk to her. ~ 明天我会跟她谈话。

And do note that it is , not .

跟 means 'with'?

In this situation, it can mean "to" as in "talking to someone," not necessarily "with." You can also use the prepositional form of 给 here to mean the same thing. I only learned this use yesterday, but I think it's correct.
