Xijiao Hotel dorm

Hey guys, do you know any other dorms near BLCU where I can stay for 3 months? I read in different forums (but more on chinese-forums) that dorms in BLCU are all fully booked. I had my friend call Xijiao hotel and they said that I can stay there for 3 months but the monthly payment is 7500 (I forgot the daily price but I remember that the monthly charge is close to 8000 rmb per month). What do you think should I do? I guess getting a dorm is the only option for me now because an apartment must be 6months rent or longer but Im only staying in Beijing for 3 months. Help needed thanks!

There are apartments where it's possible to rent a room for 3 months, like my gf's house is trying to rent out a room for one month or longer, but she lives in Chaoyang. I'll ask her how you can find apartment rooms for 3 months, the problem is that around the universities the agencies often interfere when they see single rooms being rent out. I'll let you know here if I know how to look for a 3-month apartment.
