need help finding who is the artist

Hi,

I'm looking for a cassette tape (music). It was given to me as a gift in the year 1998, so I can only vague remember the picture on the outside.

This picture shows a guy in his 35-45 mainly just his shoulder and face and he had a cigarret either holding in his hand or was smoking in his mouth. The songs sounds like their from the 70-80's. His voice is deep and he definitely isn't a boy band. I don't speaking chinese so I can't locate him on youtube, but I've check and search for older male artist and unable to locate who this is. Any help is apprecaited.

btw I think it inside the cover shows like two guys I think. One of his songs I think starts out like this. "Ni bu de ai ni, ni xio de xia xe" or something like that.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

forgot to add this. The picture of the artist is his shoulder and face. He wears a glass too I believe. Guys this really old school since it was on a tape and not cd. Maybe even 60's. Oh his voice is really deep too.

Let's see, Chinese music that sounds like the 70s or 80s, and on a cassette, not on a CD? That must have been published somewhere in the late 90s!

Can't help you on the artist (there are a bit too many x's in your transcription for my taste ;) ), but maybe you can record what you remember of the song to give us a hint?*

* I probably still couldn't help you, but it's always fun to listen to!

I will try to to see if I can like a music version of his song or somethign online, but I'm not sure where ot look. Does anyone know such a site where they would list either the artist picture or sample songs.
