Does it have to do with the paint of the rear bumper?

PS - as far as I understand it, it means a paint job and polishing/straightening of the rear bumper.

@feihong it's a mixture of both simplified and traditional Chinese.

@skylee yeah, it does. it's a receipt from a workshop that fixed someone's rear bumper. what does that mean? i cant read Chinese.
