Cell phone (or cell phone software) with Chinese Handwriting recognition?

Hi,

I am looking for a cell phone and/or cell phone apps (or cell phone software) with

1. Chinese-English-Chinese dictionary and

2. Chinese Handwriting recognition

functionality.

What are my options?

Your best option is probably a smartphone and Pleco - it won't be the cheapest option, but do a search on Pleco on here and you'll see plenty of people recommending it.

There's also the option of CE-Star. The dictionary that you can download off the website isn't that good, though.
