(REUTERS/Sheng Li)" So I think the monument says: 1931 9月小18 星期五 (the Gregorian calender date) 農曆卒未年 七 十三秋分 (the lunar calender date) (and this last part is really unclear to me) ？十時许 旧军？？南满？？？？湖 ？段友？？国军隊所为遂 改佔北大营我朿北军信士 在不？抗命？下？痛？？ 司兹？臨人民奪追？亭 Anyone out there able to read it?
