CSC scholarship extension

Hello,

I am already on CSC scholarship from Canada for this year (2010-2011) as a language student and want to find a way to extend my scholarship. Is there anyone who can give me any advice?

I found this website <http://school.cucas.edu.cn/HomePage/17/2009-06-04/page_216.shtml> but doesn't really say anything on where I can find the application form or the deadline. Any info will be greatly appreciated:)

in case people from canada are applying, I went through Chinese embassy in Toronto and everything was fairly straight forward. I needed two recommendation letters from my profs (got one from Chinese prof) and all the documents they have stated in the forms. Foreigner's physical exam was $120 (apparently it used to be $75) and it was called the third-party exam. I had to send everything by the mid-December with the exception of the physical exam. (since the results didn't really come out until the beginning of January)

if anyone needs any help from canada, feel free to put up the post and i will try my best to answer as thoroughly as possible.

Provided your grades are decent, you should have the option of extending it at the end of your year in China. You'll have to fill out a form and write an essay, but it's not too bad.

So is there going to be a notice all over campus to extend the scholarship? I was trying to find a form off the web but wasn't available.

Do I have to write an essay in Chinese (or do I have an option of writing it in English?)
