Tsunku Posted October 8, 2003 at 12:23 AM Report Posted October 8, 2003 at 12:23 AM Well, I was gonna respond about the erhu in the favorite musician thread, but really this subject is completely different and I derail threads enough already. I love the erhu. I really want to learn how to play it and then go to cuihu park and jam with the old guys. I can't play any musical instruments at all though, so learning erhu would probably be a bit ambitious. Has anyone here successfully tackled the erhu or some other traditional Chinese instrument? My boyfriend taught me a few basics on the hulusi, but that's it for me. I think I might try to tackle the erhu when I get back if I can find a good teacher -- I'd be so proud of myself if I could actually learn it. Quote

Tsunku Posted October 8, 2003 at 05:10 AM Author Report Posted October 8, 2003 at 05:10 AM If I can afford it, I'll definitly go for it. I doubt it would cost too much, at least compared to music lessons here in the US. Quote
