Request for accomodation

I'm trying to write a request for accomodation to one chinese friend. Unfortunately, his English is not too good and I'd like to ask in Chinese. Here's what I have scribbled. Please take a look and correct the most obvious mistakes.

We (I and my wife) want to visit Huangshan approximately in the middle of November. I want to ask you if it's possible to stay at your place for 2-3 days. If you will be at home at this time, please answer.

我们（我和我的妻子）想访问黄山11月中旬左右。我想问你，如果有可能留在你那儿2-3日子内进行。如果你在家里会在这个时候，请回答。

Don't you think that if you're asking someone a favour like that, it's a bit rude to say 请尽快回复我 at the end?

I'd like to adjust my original question a little. Namely, I want to ask "If you will be at home at this time and it doesn't interfere with your plans, please answer". What's the best way of speaking this in Chinese?

"如果你方便",gets the sense.
