Looking for documentation on input methods

More specifically, I'm currently looking for guides for the Zhengma input method, in any language, that I can download for free. I've found a tutorial by Megatron Cookie to buy or to read on line, but I can't find anything to download for free.

I'm also trying to learn Wubi. I've found a good tutorial for that, by Joe Wicentowski, but I'd be glad to know about any others. I'd also like to find documentation on other input methods included with Microsoft Windows: QuanPin and ShuangPin.

Every IME has their own pro/cons but so far the best/fastest one I've ever used is Cangjie and especially it's "Quick" version that I've learned to use when I was living in Hong Kong.

But it's need quite a lot of time to be mastered...let me find some guide and I'll get back to you.
