Don't stand and look, something (bad) has happened!

It might be said to somebody who is standing and not helping after, say, a car crash happened nearby, or somebody got injured, or similar.

Context would help.

The context is someone has done graffiti on a wall to send someone a message but then a cop passes by. That person stands in front of the wall to cover it up so the cop doesn't see it but he's barely covering it while the person who he was trying to send the message to just looks at him.

I'd like to add that 看什么看 is a bit rude, understandably in a urgent situation.

It's more like "What are you looking at!"
