Where did you get that from? A search for 空心大马官 on Google comes up only with this thread, and one other website on Cantonese where it appears someone is asking the same question. So I suspect there is an error in your original text. 空心大佬, on the other hand, gets quite a few hits on Google. Maybe that has some relevance.

Yeah, it was a line from a movie but it seems that where the source came from had it written wrong.

I checked somewhere else and it has it written the way you and skylee suggested.
