Need help with a chinese name.

Hello,

I'm an American girl and I want to have proper chinese names, both for me and my sister due to the fact that we visited China a while back and fell in love with the country.

We really like the character 霏 and we'd like our names to have profound meanings.

Can anyone please help me?

As I see it you have three general options:

1: It is common to repeat the character twice. 霏霏

2. You can put together a random(or not so random) smattering of Characters that you like.

3. Consult books which can give you preferable choices.

As I assume you are aware, it is common in China for siblings to have the same first character of their given name, and a different second character.

I assume you want to do that, and have both you and your sister have 霏 as the first character, and you're asking for suggestions for the second character?
