If not having some dried fruits such as apricots and prunes may not be a bad idea. Just make sure they are not sweetened. Do you like chestnuts? Roasted chestnuts is one of my favourite snacks in winter. It is fat free and normally they do not add any salt when roasting either. The only problem is it is high in carbs. Quote
