The most you can differentiate it is by labelling it as Oxford English or American English. But it is still English. However, Chinese language can be called either as 汉语, 中文 or 華語. Just like the various Chinese terms for North Korea (discussed in another thread), the above terms carry different political implications respectively. Quote
