氣飛氛 (I can't really recognise the last character. I'm just guessing here, but I'm probably wrong.)

1. not in Chinese, maybe incantation or amulet

2. 調禦覺皇, by google search, maybe a person about Vietnamese Buddhism

THank you very much. Yes, 2 sentences wrote by a Vietnamese monk and he ask me find in computer character but I can not find. I totally don't know chinese, and don't understand these words' mean.

The first (left) picture, with three characters, is either not Chinese or in a very old style. Even one native Chinese speaker (mushroom) can not read it. Sorry.

The second (right) picture, with four characters, mushroom already provided you the characters and the translation.
