Just to make some observations, the uniforms (and eye wear) are WWII-ish. The Japanese flag hanging from the ceiling indicates Japanese occupation. The officers in attendance are fairly high ranking. Can anyone make out that other flag? It bears resemblance to the flag of Manchukuo. 1 Quote
