Can you tell me what you think about these two names, please?

I've heard them from somewhere, but I'm not sure if I've got the right characters for them, though I'm pretty certain that they mean "Misty Jade" and "Triumphant Jade"

Not necessarily. If it is intended to mean "victory", then it is 凱旋. My friend (as I mentioned in #2) is a woman and it is 璇 in her name.
