This is a handout from my chinese tutor. I hope you would be able to translate all of it for me, if possible.

I am planning to go work in China next year so I'm really trying my best to learn as much as i can with the chinese language.

I have attached a scanned image.

This is the document. Thanks for the help.

I have my own translations but I would just like to ask for other translations to compare if I have got it right
How about you post your current translation also, and then people can help with the parts that you're not sure of, or the parts that are incorrect.

THIS IS MY OWN TRANSLATION.

Beijing is the kingdom of bicycle. Lots of people go to work by bike, and some of others ride the bicycle to the bus stop or the subway station. Riding bike is safe and convenient, and people can go everywhere they want by bike. The public transportation of Beijing is well-developed as well, and there are sufficient numbers of buses in Beijing. In the past, there were two conductors for one bus. However, there are no longer any conductors on any bus. It is the bus driver that drives the bus and sells tickets. Taking the subway in Beijing is not only convenient but also time-saving, especially during the commuter time. You well never need to worry about traffic congestion. Mini-buses are available as well. Although the tickets of mini-buses are expensive, mini-buses can guarantee passengers with enough seats, and passengers can get on or off the mini-bus at anywhere and anytime. There are plenty of taxies in Beijing. Nowadays, many Chinese also use the word 'taxi', since the Chinese pronunciation of taxi is too long. Taking taxi is the most expensive while the most convenient.

English isn't your first language, of course, but since this a Chinese language forum, I'll just highlight below parts of the original text the essence of which you seemed to miss in your translation.

These should be self-explanatory, except perhaps for 有的车上, which means "on some buses" and 贵一些, which means "a bit expensive."
