VPN flaky, anyone else?

The reliability of Internet access out of China is a recurring topic. Recently, my StrongVPN.com connection won't connect on TCP port 443. I changed it to a random high level UDP port and seems.

Are the thought police catching up with us? Anyone else experiencing VPN issues?
