Yea i've seen it too. Its interesting because women were rarely given the opportunity to go to school back then. Therefore, they developed their own language. Kind of like African slaves in America singing spirituals to communicate with each other . Its horrible when any human is denied rights because of race or gender.

Some sources say that nüshu was a secret language that women kept to themselves, others say that men just were'nt interested.
