How to install Wubi (five strokes) in Windows XP?

Hi,

I download imegen.rar but cant read the ime.txt instructions. what do I do with the imegen.exe and the wb.mb/wmb86.mb/wmb98.mb files so it will be installed?

Also, why is there imegen4 and imegen5? what is the difference?
