Not sure what it means; I think it's a name?

And I obviously need to brush up on my traditional . . .

And learned something new about simplified! The simplified form of 參 is 参 when it means "to take part in" (cān​) and when it means "ginseng" (shēn​), but it is 叁 when it means three. One of the few cases of a single 繁體 going to multiple 簡體. I'll need to remember that one.
