Taobao and Coffee

Recommended Posts

I'm tired of drinking Nescafe's instant coffee. The taste isn't so bad (after five years of drinking it), but the crash I experience after a cup or two is pretty bad.

I don't remember ever crashing from Maxwell House which I drank back home, so I'm looking into getting a coffee marker and some coffee grind off Taobao.

Does anyone have any brand recommendations that Taobao offers? Coffee beans would be okay as well, though I'd then need a grinder.

Any recommendations appreciated!

You could invest 1000 RMB in a home espresso machine....that would give you the best results.

Or, a french press is easy. Then all you have to do is stroll across to a place like Hamamas once a week and ask to buy some beans from them. I'm sure they would be happy to grind it for you.

Not sure how powder like Maxwell House and Nescafe ever got labelled as coffee.
