竟? and 已不再

ok now i've got two questions

i found 竟 means 'finally' is this right?"

and does it have same meaning as 才??

coz i thought 才 also have da meaning 'finally'

another thing is don't know how to translate 已不再

eg: "铁饭碗" 已不再像当年那样神圣了. <--- translate??

About 竟, take a look at this. And this is about 才.

已不再 = is no longer

"铁饭碗" 已不再像当年那样神圣了 = The "iron bowl" is no longer as sacred as before.
