Highly unlikely.

The only languages which have achieved true international status, English and Spanish (and marginally, French) have done so on the back of imperialism. Unless China decides to invade a few places and impose their language then wait a few hundred years...

It will certainly be a popular choice as a second or third language among the 10 billion or so native speakers of Esperanto . . .
