At this cake shope there i had these Hong Kong Cocktail cakes, they were delicious and i was wondering if anyone knew the recipie? It's a very common item in Chinese bakery and though I've never made it myself, I imagine the recipe would be very similar to any basic Chinese bun, with a filling that's rich w/ butter, egg yolk & shredded coconut.
