HOw to write the following word in Chinese

You can't, they don't exist in Chinese.

It will help if you tell us what you're trying to do. Are you trying to transliterate non-Chinese names using Chinese characters?

Such things are possible, but are always inaccurate, and there's lots of approximation involved.

EDIT: I stand corrected, they could be Chinese words, the transliteration threw me off.

DHANYA kind of looks like Dhyāna, which has a standard transliteration of 禪那. Just sayin'.
