renzhe Posted January 19, 2011 at 01:07 PM Report Posted January 19, 2011 at 01:07 PM You can't, they don't exist in Chinese. It will help if you tell us what you're trying to do. Are you trying to transliterate non-Chinese names using Chinese characters? Such things are possible, but are always inaccurate, and there's lots of approximation involved. EDIT: I stand corrected, they could be Chinese words, the transliteration threw me off. Quote

Guest realmayo Posted January 19, 2011 at 03:27 PM Report Posted January 19, 2011 at 03:27 PM Google suggests they are Indian names. Quote
Hofmann Posted January 20, 2011 at 12:56 AM Report Posted January 20, 2011 at 12:56 AM DHANYA kind of looks like Dhyāna, which has a standard transliteration of 禪那. Just sayin'. Quote
