No, it's taken from a popular folk song "Xiao Yan Zi" about a swallow that takes a liking to a factory in China. Every kid (and grown-up) in China can sing it:

"Xiao yan zi, chuan hua yi, ..." If you say those six words they'll be eager to help finish the song for you.

how is the song like, I never heard of it, the most common folk song I know is San1Lun2Che1(trishaw), and Liang3Zhi1Lao3Hu3(2 tigers) ^^

Xiao Yan ZI is one of most popular folk songs in our country. Every Chinese can sing this song since childhood.
