how to say "branding" in chinese?

does anybody know how to say "branding" in chinese? I m talking about the word branding which is used when talking about mobile phones...

i want to buy a phone here in china and would like to ensure if it doesn t have any branding but i can t find an appropriate translation

Does branding mean something like locked. I think unlock/debrand is 解鎖 and/or 刷機. But I am not sure.

No, in this case it means that carrier put their label on the phone and stuffed it with useless software, themes and so on.

Consider 原版 or 原版机 as a translation for unbranded device, e.g. HTC原版机 (as opposed to T版, which is referring to a device branded by T-Mobile）

Hi when you said carrier i'm not sure whether you meant service provider like China Telecom. In that case, i think there's a name 定制机 for it. I didn't know about it untill not long ago i was considering buying a new phone and when i knew it's a 定制机 i gave up.
