Your site is very fancy. I like the overall look and feel. I do have a few questions and suggestions..

First, I was wondering if you create the character image squares yourself, or are you getting them somewhere else? I like when resources colorize the different tones, but the colors you are using are different than a couple other places; namely Chinese Through Tone and Color (popular book) and MDBG (software that also has an Anki flashcard plugin).

The sound files are pretty good, but there is some background noise. If you're going to invest in this, I've heard good things about the Porta-Booth - Portable Sound Studio (search amazon, it's about $125 or can be made easily cheaper) and the Yeti usb mic by Blue (about $100 also on amazon).

One thing that would make the site more useful as you build up more content is more navigation tools like maybe lesson order or topic lists..

I created the image squares myself. I didn't know there are other websites - thanks for letting me know. I am a designer myself, so I like to play with colors:')

I've been thinking about ways to increase the sound quality too. I will check out the ones you mentioned. So far I've been using my iphone and it's not the best.

I completely agree building a great navigation is key has the contents get more complicated. For now I am using category cloud and doing a weekly recap. But I will think more about how to sort by topics. If you have any other thoughts, I am eager to hear them all!
