I listen to 鏘鏘三人行 podcasts every now and then, and it seems like right before the music kicks in (or as it's playing) during the middle, which I'm assuming is a commercial break, I hear the host always say something like 鏘鏘三人行。廣告之後見。 But I was wondering, is that right? Does it at least make sense if it isn't what he's actually saying? I understand it as meaning "see you after these messages" or something to that effect.

Yes that's what he (Dou, that's his name, right?) says - See you after the commercial. That programme has a good mix of mainland, Taiwan and HK accents.

I have no idea what his name is, although I'm pretty sure I read it somewhere (probably Tudou). OK, I just checked, and it seems to be 竇文濤, so you were right. I've also noticed a mixture of accents, and it seems they have foreigners on every now and then as well, like the French guy who does comedy in China, and I'm pretty sure there was a Japanese person on the last episode I heard.

Anyway, thanks. I'm glad to know I was hearing and understanding that right.
