Hi,

this is a bit of a long story, but the short version is I'm trying to get into contact with someone who works for a big travel tour company, but I don't know their name or any details! So I'm trying to contact the company, and see if there's any chance they could forward an email to the correct person. Chances are very slim that it'll actually work, but it's worth a shot.

I know this is a bit longer than a simple tattoo or name, so if anyone is able to translate it to simplified Chinese, it would be immensely appreciated.

I know you are a very large company, but I was wondering if there is any chance you could help me in contacting one of your tour guides, as I'd like to thank them personally for their hospitality during a recent trip. Unfortunately my Chinese is poor, so we didn't get a chance to talk much and I do not know her name. However I can tell you she is a young woman around 23 years old, and she chaperoned 13 adults around Chongqing (重庆) for 5 days from 25th-29th March 2011. I also have a picture of her if it helps.

As I said, if it's not possible due to the size of your company, then I completely understand. But if it is possible, then I will write another email directed to her, and leave it in your capable hands to forward it to the right person.
