Text to Chinese audio?

Are there any software that can convert a chinese article into audio?

My grandpa has bad hearing and sight so I'm trying to get him something that will allow him to read/hear the news. Ideally, the software would allow you to adjust how fast the words are read out.

I haven't tried any, but google is your friend here. "TTS" is the magic keyword you want.
